Laura specializes in equine photography and high school seniors (have a senior who has a horse? You've come to the right place!) Sessions are available for portraits with your equine companion, every breed of horse, and all riding disciplines. Farm and ranch shoots that cater to the marketing and advertising of your farm, boarding facility, breeding programs, stallions standing at stud, and equine sales programs are available. Photo sessions are also available for general portrait photography, high school senior and graduation sessions, glamor photography, and custom styled sessions for the ultimate portrait experience. Every session is unique and tailored to each client, thus, costs for sessions can vary depending upon numerous factors. We would love to discuss your vision in detail to provide you with a quote for your session. Our service area is south-east Michigan: Ann Arbor, Jackson, Lansing, Metro Detroit and it's suburbs (Washtenaw, Lenawee, Oakland, and Macomb counties; Ann Arbor, Jackson, Lansing, Manchester, Tecumseh, Saline, Chelsea, Adrian, Brighton, Howell). Travel is available for coverage outside of the south-east Michigan area, feel free to schedule a meeting so that we can discuss your coverage and provide a detailed quote.
Since each session is a unique occasion, a quick phone consultation with potential clients is required in order to provide accurate pricing information. Phone consultations only take 10-20 minutes, and are obligation and pain-free (promise!) Most equine and portrait sessions schedule four to six weeks in advance; weddings and events schedule 6-12 months in advance. A non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required at least 30 days in advance to hold your session date. Please note: session dates are NOT held unless the retainer has been paid and a signed contract is on file with the artist (no exceptions).
